For a week built around K-beauty, keep one Seoul base and give each day one main purpose: learning about color, browsing shops, exploring a neighborhood or trying a bathhouse. The plan below combines paid appointments with time to look around freely. It is a suggested itinerary, not a package or a promise of skincare results.
The cultural interest is in how people choose and use beauty products: comparing textures, shades, packaging and personal routines. You do not need a large haul or a treatment every day to explore that side of Korea. Start with the products you actually use and leave room to change your mind.

A seven-day plan with breathing room
Day 1: Arrive and settle in
Keep your arrival day flexible. Find your hotel, have a meal and make a short list of the things you want to compare during the week. Confirm tomorrow’s appointment before arranging the rest of the day around it.
Day 2: Myeongdong and personal color

Day 3: Seongsu, shops and a park break
Choose a few shops or showrooms you want to see in Seongsu, then leave time for a walk around Seoul Forest. The city’s Seongsu experience course is a useful starting point for combining the neighborhood and park. Check any pop-up’s actual dates and entry method; a social post is not a reservation.
Day 4: An optional jjimjilbang visit
Compare the actual bathhouse facilities before buying admission. Check whether the ticket covers bath areas, shared dry rooms, clothing, towels and the amount of time you intend to stay. Ask separately about scrubs, massages or other add-ons. Follow the venue’s dress and photography rules. Choose an ordinary rest day instead if a bathhouse does not suit you.
Day 5: Hongdae and Yeonnam at your own pace
Make this a browsing day rather than another appointment day. The official Hongdae walking feature connects the area with Yeonnam. Pick clothing, accessories, cafes or a music stop according to your interests, and check the route before heading out.
Day 6: Add a different side of Korean culture

If departure time allows, return for the item you still want after a few days of thought. Leave enough time for packing and airport travel. Do not build a final appointment around a flight connection that has no room for delay.
Build a budget from your choices
Count the nights between arrival and departure; this example commonly means six nights. Add the final accommodation total, one optional color session, any bathhouse admission or performance, meals and local travel. Set a separate shopping limit so that appointment costs do not disappear inside a larger haul budget.
Compare hotels against the places you have selected, not only a neighborhood’s reputation. Myeongdong may suit a week with several central appointments; another base may suit your own route better.
